USAG PROGRAM
At TNT, we are proud to offer a comprehensive USAG program designed to guide and develop gymnasts from Level 3 all the way up to Level 10. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and empowering environment where athletes can thrive, reach their full potential, and pursue their gymnastics dreams. With a team of experienced and dedicated coaches, we prioritize the growth and progress of each gymnast in our program. We believe in fostering a love for the sport, cultivating strong fundamentals, and instilling the values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.

What is the USAG Program?
USAG is the national governing body of gymnastics in the United States. The USAG Women's Development Program, or WDP, was created with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows gymnasts to advance at their own pace, competing in more than one level in a year, if she so chooses.

Gymnasts progress through the program by mastering specific skills and routines at each level, with the goal of advancing to higher levels of competition and skill difficulty. The Women's Development Program includes state, regional and national competitions where gymnasts can showcase their abilities and qualify for higher levels of competition.

The Women's Development Program (WDP) is divided into three segments: developmental, compulsory, and optional.

Developmental: Levels 1 to 3. We offer Level 1 and Level 2 through our Premier Developmental Program.

Compulsory: Levels 4 and 5.

Optional: Levels 6 to 10.

Participation in our teams is by invitation only. If you are transitioning from another club and would like to join us at TNT, we kindly request that you schedule an evaluation. This evaluation allows us to assess your athlete's skills, abilities, and goals to determine the best fit for you within our teams.
