JOGA PROGRAM

JOGA, the Jersey Optional Gymnastics Association, is a collective of independent gymnastics clubs that engage in competition exclusively within New Jersey. JOGA offers girls ages 5 to 21 the opportunity to compete at a highly competitive level in club gymnastics while still participating in activities outside of gymnastics. By adhering to the rules observed in high school gymnastics, the JOGA league effectively prepares gymnasts for both club and high school competitions, as well as collegiate gymnastics in the future. Our season culminates in a State Championship where gymnasts compete against other girls their age and competitive level.

At TNT we offer JOGA levels 7 through to 1. We also offer JOGA X, a Developmental Training Team that will lead to a placement on one of our competitive JOGA Teams by ways of skill progressions and training by head team coaches. This group is by invitation only.
