PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Preschool Gymnastics classes are perfect for young children because they help to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance during children's most important times—while they are growing! Our structured one hour long preschool classes include an engaging warm-up, agility and skill building circuits, gymnastics apparatus exploration and rewarding pit play. Our independent classes allow children to work with a new adult (our experienced coaches) and learn to trust that separation from their parent is fun for a short time!
